Derasat Organizes a Workshop for Government Service Centers' Representatives

The Bahrain Center for Strategic, International and Energy Studies (Derasat) organized a workshop for representatives of government service centers in Bahrain in preparation for the start of the third evaluation cycle which will start in January 2022.
The workshop included a detailed explanation evaluation mechanisms and governing standards, in the following updated categories: encouraging virtual platforms, keeping pace with digitization strategies, organizing extended working periods, managing customer flow, and finally applying precautionary measures to address Coronavirus.
