Director of Energy & Economic Studies, Dr. Omar Al-Ubaydli, reaffirmed that the fiscal balance program that Bahrain began to implement in the last quarter of last year will boost investor confidence and will support prospects for future growth while rating agencies will improve their outlook for the Kingdom.
