Dr. Abdullah bin Ahmed Al Khalifa addressed an elite seminar entitled “Strategic Options for Small Island States : Bahrain as a Model ” hosted by the Cyprus Center for European and International Affairs in collaboration with the Faculty of Politics and Governance of the University of Nicosia.
