Mr. Abdulla Mohamed Alahmed, CEO of the Bahrain Center for Strategic, International and Energy Studies (Derasat), welcomed His Excellency Choi Byoung-sun, Ambassador of the Republic of Korea to the Kingdom of Bahrain, during a meeting held at the Center’s headquarters. The meeting reviewed prospects for research cooperation between the two sides, and highlighted the Center’s commitment to establishing knowledge partnerships with research centers and think tanks in the Republic of Korea, to attain mutual benefits.

His Excellency the Ambassador expressed his gratitude and appreciation for the warm welcome. He praised the role played by the Center in supporting the scientific research ecosystem, and expressed his hope that this meeting would contribute to strengthening research cooperation between Derasat and Korean think tanks, in a manner that benefits the two friendly Countries.
