Latifa Al-Binali currently works as a Program Manager at the Royal Court of the Kingdom of Bahrain, where her role includes coordinating with relevant authorities and institutions, as well as researching social issues and policy.

Previously, she served as Executive Operations Manager at the Animal & Environment Protection Charity Organisation (AEPCO), where she contributed to advocacy efforts and coordination with the Shura Council to curb trafficking in endangered species, which supported the issuance of Law No. (5) of 2021. She also contributed to the organisation’s partnerships with the Ministry of Climate Change and Environment in the United Arab Emirates to protect marine life and regulate the animal trade in Bahrain.

She participated in the Human Rights Fellowship Program at the National Institution for Human Rights, where she conducted independent research on civil and political rights, as well as economic, social, and cultural rights. Alongside her professional career, she is active in the field of coexistence and interfaith dialogue and is an associate participant in activities of the Woolf Institute at the University of Cambridge, contributing to intellectual and policy discussions on Muslim–Jewish relations, religious tolerance, and conflict resolution.
