Mubarak Mohamed ALMoosa

Mubarak Mohamed Al Moosa is the Acting Director of Resources and Training at the Bahrain Center for Strategic, International and Energy Studies (Derasat). With over two decades of experience in both the public and private sectors, Mubarak has held key leadership roles in financial management, human resources, and organizational development. He began his career after earning a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting from Ajman Technology & Science University in the UAE, and has since contributed to several prominent organizations, including the Solidarity Insurance Company, Bahrain Arab International Bank and the Bahrain Chamber of Commerce and Industry. Mubarak has led strategic initiatives in resource optimization, digital transformation, and workforce development, and is recognized for his expertise in governance, compliance, and operational efficiency. He has completed advanced training in leadership, project management, and financial compliance.
