RHF launches Beneficiary Satisfaction Index in collaboration with Derasat
Manama, Jun. 30 (BNA): The Royal Humanitarian Foundation (RHF), in collaboration with the Bahrain Center for Strategic, International and Energy Studies (Derasat), has announced the launch of its Beneficiary Satisfaction Index as part of its ongoing efforts to enhance institutional performance, improve the quality of humanitarian services, and align with best practices in humanitarian work.
The Foundation said that Derasat will conduct a beneficiary satisfaction survey covering RHF’s services and projects. The study will measure the satisfaction of approximately 2,000 beneficiaries in accordance with the highest professional standards and scientific methodologies. The project will include the design of appropriate survey tools, data collection and analysis using modern statistical and analytical methods, and the preparation of a comprehensive report containing key findings and recommendations to support service enhancement and strengthen institutional performance.
