Chairman of the Board of Trustees of Bahrain Centre for Strategic, International and Energy Studies (DERASAT) Khalid bin Ibrahim Al Fadhala has paid a visit to a number of prestigious research centres in Brussels, Belgium. He visited Egmont – Royal Institute for International Relations and was received by Director of the ‘Europe in the World Programme’ at Egmont Institute Sven Biscop. Al Fadhala explored ways of cooperation in research and exchange of expertise within the centre’s areas of interest.He paid a visit to the European Policy Centre (EPC) and met its Chief Executive and Chief Economist Fabian Zuleeg and Policy Analyst Marco Giuli.They explored areas of joint cooperation regarding programmes and topics of mutual interest.Al Fadhala laso paid a visit to the European Foundation for Democracy (EFD) as he was received by the Executive Director Roberta Bonazzi and Senior Policy Advisor Dr. Demir Murat Seyrek and they discussed means of cooperation.
