Learning from Finland: becoming a knowledge-based economy

For the second consecutive year, Finland topped the list of the happiest countries in the world. Analyst, Ghada Abdulla, lookis into the reasons behind this continuing phenomenon, as reported in the World Happiness Report of the United Nations Network for Sustainable Development Solutions in partnership with Ernesto Eli, that ranked 156 countries in terms of the happiness of their own citizens.
