‘Women in Information Technology (IT)’ is the subject of a recent study by Dr. Fatima Alsebaie that sheds light on how women are represented in the field of IT in Bahrain, between 2006 – 2010, and which looks at factors that may be preventing an equal representation and advancement to leadership roles for women in this field.
