Derasat strives to hold diverse events that give a mixture of formal and informal platforms to researchers and policy makers for the discussion of ideas and trending topics relevant to the Kingdom of Bahrain and the region.
The Bahrain Center for Strategic, International and Energy Studies "Derasat" organized a workshop entitled "Regional Security Perspectives in the Gulf Region", in partnership with the United Nations Institute for Disarmament Research (UNIDIR) on Sunday, January 15, 2023 at Derasat Center in Awali.
The Bahrain Center for Strategic, International and Energy Studies (Derasat) organized an aviation conference tilted “Bahrain in Aviation- History & Prospects” on Tuesday 8th November 2022at Sakhir Air Base. The conference was organized in line with the Bahrain International Air Show 2022.
Derasat recently organized a seminar under the title of "Future Prospects of the GCC Electrical Interconnection" in cooperation with the Secretariat GCC and the GCCIA, on Wednesday 29th June 2022.
