Which aims to measure the impact of the initiatives and campaigns carried out by the Electricity and Water Authority and to identify the most effective means and messages in influencing behaviors to rationalize electricity and water consumption in residential places, as well as measuring consumers’ culture regarding the services provided by the Authority.
