The fundamental requirements for facing disasters

Despite the interest of many countries in the world in the mechanisms of facing crises and how to manage them, this has not adequately made its way sufficiently towards disasters, as some countries may not face natural disasters, however the disaster may outweigh the losses caused by the crisis because the disaster has no precedents reversing the crisis, and thus its effects are destructive, and while the crisis may affect a specific sector of society or an institution, the natural disaster may afflict the entire community, and the matter is not limited to natural disasters, but industrial disasters remain a threat to all countries.
