Germany's National Security Strategy
On the 14th of June 2023, German Chancellor Olaf Scholz announced in a press conference with four of his ministers, including the ministers of Interior, Foreign Affairs, Defense, and Finance, the first national security strategy for Germany after World War II, which spans 40 pages.Acknowledging that national security strategies of countries determine their security priorities, capabilities, and ways to address security threats, this strategy included a comprehensive German vision of those threats.
