A New Red Sea Alliance

Countries bordering the  Red Sea or Gulf Of Aden that include Saudi Arabia, Sudan, Djibouti, Somalia, Eritrea, Egypt, Yemen, and Jordan, signed the charter of the Council of Arab and African Coastal States of the Red Sea and Gulf of Aden on January 6th, 2020; Dr. Ashraf Keshk considers the new Alliance and its potential impacts on the security of the region.
