Derasat Annual Ghabga “History is the Mirror of the Present”

On the evening of Sunday, April 9, 2023, the Bahrain Center for Strategic, International and Energy Studies (Derasat) held its annual Ramadan Ghabga at the Qal’at al-Bahrain site museum under the title “History is the Mirror of the Present”, in the presence of a number of officials, media professionals and members of the center.

His Excellency Dr. Shaikh Abdullah bin Ahmed Al Khalifa, Chairman of the Board of Trustees of the Derasat Center, expressed in his welcoming speech the center’s keenness to celebrate the achievement partners and honor the researchers who contributed to the work of the center during the past year in cooperation with its research staff, which was reflected in the qualitative shift it witnessed. The center worked in its research publications in various economic, strategic, energy and historical fields.

His Excellency pointed out the Derasat Center’s aspiration to enhance the contributions of Bahraini researchers, especially young people, in a way that highlights the spirit of constructive cooperation that aims to support the national issues of the Kingdom of Bahrain in its atmosphere full of security and stability.
