Regional and international crisis, as much as they carry threats, offer opportunities at the same time. While Middle East being foreseen as the arena most affected by the course of the Atlantic-Russian conflict, the crisis also allows opportunities to diversify partnerships to go beyond the prevailing traditional impressions, enhance space for regional cooperation and build self-security.
