Derasat participates in UAE Forum - 'Think Tank Talent for the Future'
Derasat’s Executive Director, Dr. Hamad Al-Abdulla, participated in a Forum being hosted jointly by the TRENDS Research & Advisory in UAE and the Think Tanks and Civil Societies Program (TTCSP) at the Lauder Institute, University of Pennsylvania, USA.
The Forum provided a platform for think tanks worldwide to discuss the strategic and operational challenges they face in recruiting and retaining talent for their organizations. A key objective of the Forum was to assess effective strategies that could help think tanks identify and nurture the next generation of young researchers and thought leaders. As think tanks face increasing competition for influence from consulting, law, and public relations firms, the Forum outlined the vision, resources, and cutting-edge technologies needed for organizations to thrive in today’s vibrant marketplace of ideas and policy advice.
